Handcrafted, sterling silver 100-year-old Buffalo Nickel coin with two black spinels set in 14k gold and 18k gold balls. 18" sterling silver long & short chain with a front clasp.

The Buffalo Nickel is cast from an original 1923 nickel that I own.
