This coin depicts the Roman Goddess of Healing Salus, who was the Roman goddess of health, healing, well-being, and prosperity. Later, she also became the protector of personal health. 

18k gold coin accented with 18k gold balls. 18" 14k gold chain.

The original coin was minted in Rome in 177AD. Marcus Aurelius is on the reverse. Cast from an original coin, which I own.
