Horse - Intelligence, Loyalty, Beauty & Strength

The horse is a symbol of intelligence, loyalty, beauty and strength. The original coin dates from 350-325 BC from Ancient Greece, city of Larissa in Thessaly. Silver Drachma. A Thessalian horse is depicted on one side and the head of nymph Larissa on the other. Jewelry is a replica cast from an original from my personal collection of ancient coins.

 

Shown in 2 styles:

 

1. Accented with 18k gold balls and bail and a mixed link chain with 14k gold, double links and sterling silver links. 18" chain.

 

2. Accented with a blue sapphire (3mm) set in gold and gold bail. 18" Sterling silver long and short chain with a front clasp.
